Important Information
• Review all description, photos, and terms of sale
• Ensure you can legally own this firearm in your local city, county, and state before bidding.
• Confirm this with the FFL (Federal Firearms Licensee) where you want the gun shipped.
• Laws regarding firearms and firearm accessories frequently change; it is the buyer's responsibility to be aware of and comply with all laws and regulations pertaining to their state.
• Contact your FFL transfer dealer, inform them of your purchase, and email their FFL to us along with your name and order number.
• JP’s Tactical & Training LLC (FFL) is based in Maryland.
Legal Compliance
• By accessing and using our website, you acknowledge that you are solely responsible for complying with all applicable local, state, and federal laws regarding the purchase, possession, and use of firearms. It is your responsibility to ensure that you are legally permitted to purchase firearms and accessories.
Age Restriction
• You must be at least 18 years old to purchase rifles, shotguns, and ammunition, and at least 21 years old to purchase handguns, firearm receivers, and ammunition designated as "handgun ammunition" by federal law. By placing an order on this website, you certify that you meet these age requirements.
Product Information
• We strive to provide accurate and up-to-date information about our products, including specifications, availability, and pricing. However, we do not warrant that product descriptions or other content on our website are accurate, complete, reliable, current, or error-free.
Sales Restrictions
• We reserve the right to refuse any sale or transaction at our discretion.
• We reserve the right to cancel or modify orders as necessary.
After Purchasing
• Contact your FFL transfer dealer, inform them of your purchase, and email their FFL to us along with your name and order number.
• We will not ship your firearm until we receive the license copy from your FFL and full payment.
Payment Methods
• Checks: Cashier’s Check, Certified Check, Money Order - (Check has to clear prior to delivering firearm - contact us for details).
• Apps: Zelle (free), PayPal (add 3%), Venmo (add 3%), CashApp (add 3%) – (contact us for details).
• Credit Cards: Please add 3% per transaction.
• Debit Cards: Please add 3% per transaction.
Shipping
• We are currently NOT shipping guns to the following states:
• AK, CA, CO, CT, DC, HI, IL, MA, NJ, NY, PR, RI, islands/territories outside of the continental U.S.
• Shipping charges will be actual. (approx. $30 handguns, $45 long guns)
Maryland Residents Local Pick-up
• Most adhere to Maryland laws and compliance.
• Handgun must be in the MD handgun roster.
• You must be at least 21 years old to purchase a handgun in Maryland.
• Have a current HQL (Handgun Qualifying License).
• Fill out ATF 4473 form.
• Fill out MD (MSP 77R) form.
• Submit to a background check conducted by the dealer through NICS.
• There is a 7-day waiting period for the purchase of handguns. This period begins after the completion of the background check.
• If approved, you can take possession of the handgun following the 7-day waiting period.
Cancellations or FFL Returns
• If you cancel your order: You will be responsible for all fees incurred including but not limited to 25% restocking fee of the purchase price, re-listing fees, and all payment fees.
• If the firearm you purchased is returned to us by your FFL due to non-compliance with state or local laws or a failed background check: You will be responsible for all fees incurred including but not limited to 25% restocking fee of the purchase price, re-listing fees, payment fees, and shipping fees to and from destination.
• Company cancellations: JP’s Tactical & Training will provide a full refund of the amount paid by the customer.
• No third-party sales.
Use of Products
Firearms and ammunition should only be used in accordance with applicable laws, regulations, and safety guidelines. Improper use of firearms can result in serious injury, death, or legal consequences.
Liability Disclaimer
These Additional Terms of Sale release JP’s Tactical & Training LLC, any and all owners, presidents, co-owners, employees, subcontractors and staff from all liability relating to injuries that may occur as a result of work or services performed. By acknowledging this agreement, I agree to hold JP’s Tactical & Training LLC entirely free from any liability, including financial responsibility for injuries incurred, regardless of whether injuries are caused by negligence. I also acknowledge the risks involved in modifying a firearm from its factory specifications. These risks include, but are not limited to, loss of factory warranty, financial loss, bodily harm or injuries including but not limited to death. I acknowledge that I am participating voluntarily, and that all risks have been made clear to me. By acknowledging the Terms & Conditions, I forfeit all right to bring a lawsuit against JP’s Tactical & Training LLC for work or services rendered. Any and all modifications are performed as JP’s Tactical & Training LLC sees fit based upon their professional opinion and experience.
Modification and Disclaimer of Liability
We reserve the right to modify these terms and conditions at any time without prior notice. By using this website, you agree that we are not liable for any damages, direct or indirect, arising from the use or inability to use our website or the purchase and use of products sold on our website.
By continuing to use this website and placing an order, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these terms and conditions. It is your responsibility to review this disclaimer periodically for changes.
